Digital News: Cooking Schedule & Updated Shooting Times
As we are close to filming our cooking story, I decided to create a cooking schedule allocating all of the steps needed to cook each of the meals we are cooking for both days. This includes the exact ingredients which are needed, plus the rough times it takes to cook and prepare each meal. This will make our cooking a lot easier as I'll print off this schedule and bring it with me for when we are filming, making the instructions a lot more accessible.
I also included the website links where I got all of these ingredients from just in case we want to check anything else for example what the meal is meant to look like. I also added a couple of tips which can be used if we are beginning to run out of time.

New Time Schedules for Cooking Days
As well as this, I've also created an updated time schedule for both days of filming. This is because we are now filming in two days instead of one, meaning we won't be cooking all meals in one day.
Friday 28th November: 09:00 - 16:00
09:00am: Arrive at student house. Begin to set up
09:30am: Dave arrive. Set up complete. Begin Opening Cooking Scenes.
10:00am: Film preparation for chicken meal (beans & sweet potato). Cook chicken
10:45am: Prepare and film kofta burgers. Making the burgers. Finish making sides for chicken.
11:15am: 15 MINUTE BREAK. Cut anything which needs to be chopped i.e. onions and garlic
11:30am: Take out and prepare chicken with sides. Film. Finished chicken.
11:45am: Cook burgers.
12:15pm: Finishing cooking burgers. Film and finish. Prepare pizza meal
12:45pm: Begin to cook pizza. Sam to go set up studio.
1:15pm: Pizza filmed and finished. LUNCH BREAK (20 mins)
1:45pm: Film voice overs for 3 meals.
2:15pm: Practice takes on studio.
2:25pm: Begin filming studio.
3:30pm: Finish studio scenes.
4:00pm: Do shopping scenes (outside house, or Lidl if enough time). WRAP when all scenes complete.
Sunday 30th November: 11:00 - 16:00
11:00am: Arrive at student house. Begin to set up
11:30am: Introduce SVTV+ cooking show.
12:00pm: Begin jacket potato meal. Prep turkey mince whilst waiting
12:30pm: Begin to prep salmon pasta. Put salmon in oven with potatoes. Boil water
12:40pm: Add tagliatelle and rest of meal for salmon.
12:50pm: Take out and present jacket potato with turkey mince. Film and finish.
1:00pm: Take out and serve salmon meal. BREAK for 20 mins.
1:20pm: Begin pea and bacon risotto. Cook onions and bacon. Boil water
1:30pm: Add risotto and veg stock.
1:50pm: Drain risotto, adding bacon and onion. Finish and serve.
2:00pm: Begin chicken biryani. Fry chicken thighs. Boil 2 saucepans of water
2:15pm: Boil rice. Add veg stock to other saucepan.
2:25pm: Drain rice, add to chicken. Add stock
2:45pm: Mix together. Finish and serve. BREAK for 15 mins
3:00pm: Voice overs & ending. Any additional filming.
4:00pm: WRAP
Hopefully now we will be much more organised for filming these two days as timing is going to be a huge problem!
