Within a couple of days of putting my application up on Casting Call Pro and Total Talent, I have received interest from a few people. Below are the applicants who have so far applied for my project:

Application Decisions
After looking through my applicants, I have come to the decision as to who I am going to choose.
Below shows the people who I didn't choose and why:
Jesse Jones: Was too young for the part, as I'm looking for someone in their 40s. However, as I am also doing a news report project, my group and I are looking for someone in their 20s to present the show, therefore I asked him if he would like to have an interview for this part instead.
Jim Crockatt: Although I had an interest in his work, I decided not to choose Jim as he was too old for the part. However I did also include in the email that I would ask him for an interview for any upcoming projects where he would suit the part.
Ruth McMee & Marina Pisklova: Also too young for the narration role.
As this is only early stages for my cast, I've decided to ask for an interview for the other applicants. I am also waiting for a reply from Angela and Victoria to see if they would like to apply for not just the narrator job, but also for the female character as well, so then I have a wider range to choose from for my final decision.
Luckily I have found some decent candidates for my cast. They all seem to have quite a lot of experience beforehand as well as me thinking that they generally suit the parts which they've auditioned for. I plan to wait at least a week after i put the advertisement up in case I get any other applicants and will then begin the interview process. This will all be updated on my blog when I have made decisions!
