Introduction
Being the most important day of filming, this day had to be filmed carefully to make sure we get the actuality which we need for our documentary. Filming the tattoo is what gives our documentary a story so we had to make sure as a group that we didn't make any mistakes.

How did it go?
All in all, I feel my group and I done very well for filming the tattoo. Luckily, we had an extra camera assistant to help film the tattoo, meaning we had double the footage making it more likely to be more effective. The camera assistant was mainly non-audio and was used to cutaways, whereas we used our camera to film the main tattoo. This will then obviously be put together whilst editing.
Nonetheless, the tattoo came across very well and we got all the shots we needed. The interview with the tattooist went well and generally the environment we worked in was just about big enough to fit our camera gear in. The people in the tattoo parlour (Shadey Adey's) were also very welcoming and felt comfortable for us to film them. We completed consent forms and risk assessment which you can see at the bottom of this blog post.
For this day, we managed to come across any potential problems i.e. risk problems, the noise of the tattoo gun, camera having enough space/battery etc.
