Script-writing: Offical Synopsis

I thought that It would be a good idea to post my synopsis after all changes I had made to my script, so here below is the synopsis and pitch:

Snyopsis

Joe is a 17 year old boy who like others, has a difficult life to cope with. The rising danger of gang members and violence, the depriving depression of the nations economy and more importantly the sheer lack of trust and passion people have lost in life. However despite all this, Joe is determined to be successful in life and become more determined than others in life. Which leads us to his brother - Tay. An example of one of those whom is involved in gangs and crime, ranging from drug abuse to theft. A 20 year old boy who is always out on the streets and shows no care towards his family and particularly his brother - which suddenly all changes. Joe becomes a victim of an innocent attacking which turned out to be two members of Tay's own gang - two boys of similar age to Tay called Blaine and G. Realising that it is Tay's brother in need of help against his own gang, Tay is put in a difficult decision to either maintain his reputation of being a gang member or to help his own brother. Which does Tay choose? Although the two brothers are arguably 'brothers' due to the arguing and fights the brothers have, Tay uses his gut instincts to save his brother. Of course, this doesn't end well for Tay, who sees his own gang members 'ganging' up on him, leading to a dramatic climax of Tay to be stabbed - alive or dead - noone knows.

A gritty hard-hitting drama focusing on the intense battle of a gang member’s reputation against his morality to save his own brother from danger.
